Welcome Ladies! I’m Chelsea Bernal the Microblading Artist at Brows By Sea! I have always loved all things eyebrows & beauty and have always done my friends eyebrows growing up. I soon realized how great it would be to make something I love doing into a career for myself. So fast forward, I got certified through Honey Brow in 2022 and here we are! I’m beyond grateful to be doing what I love and to have clients who trust me to elevate, transform and make the magic happen with perfecting and tailoring their brows to their own unique features. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee of your service total for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
